River O Wallang, IFS (Retd), Chairman of the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Meghalaya Branch along with senior officers of the Society, today, called on the Governor of Meghalaya, Phagu Chauhan, at Raj Bhavan, Shillong.

The purpose of the visit was to extend an invitation to the Governor to attend the celebration of World Red Cross Day to be held on May 8, 2023 wherein he will also be inducted as the President of the Indian Red Cross Society, Meghalaya Branch.
