Shillong, Sept 14: The Meghalaya State Legal Services Authority has organised the National Lok Adalat on today in all the districts of the State of Meghalaya, under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA).

In the National Lok Adalat, 776 Pre-Litigation cases and 409 pending cases were taken up for settlement. Total number of cases taken up was 1185, of which 292 cases were settled for a total amount of ` 1,50,43,766.
